Fishing
Catch the fish yourself — the chefs will cook it the way you choose and bring it to your table.
How fishing works here
Tackle is handed out on site and bait is included. The ponds are stocked all year round, so nobody leaves without a catch. Your fish is weighed in front of you and charged per 100 g of live weight.
How it works
Five steps from picking a rod to the finished dish.
Take the tackle
The host hands you a baited rod and shows you a free spot by the water.
Catch the fish
Trout, sturgeon, sterlet and other prized species live in the ponds on site.
We weigh the catch

Choose the cooking
Smoked, in foil, grilled or as ukha — the choice is yours.
We serve it
The chef cooks your catch and brings it to your table with a side and a sauce.

Steaks or a whole fish over charcoal, with a crisp crust.
