History
The place has welcomed guests since 1999. Over these years Russian Fishing has become somewhere families and groups come to: for the catch, for ukha made from their own fish and for a quiet day by the water.

A restaurant for a day outdoors: guests catch their own fish in the pond and the chefs cook the catch the way you choose.
Concept
The tastiest fish is the one you caught yourself. Trout, sturgeon, sterlet and other prized species live in the ponds on site. The catch is weighed in front of you, and the kitchen cooks it the way you choose — from alder smoking to ukha in a cauldron.
Atmosphere
Wooden terraces over the water, open fire and countryside quiet. In summer tables are served outdoors; in winter guests are welcomed by warm halls and gazebos.
